Oil lubrication filters

We supply customised filtration elements based on client request and design. We offer any replacement filters of mobile purifiers and inline filtration units in power station and Mining industry.  Our filters protects moving parts like turbine system by filtering out solid particles impurities and oil inferior substances. Some of our lube oil filters can be cleaned and re-used to save costs of buying new filters.

 Coalescence, Separator Filter Element

Boyzen Coalescence filter elements have a great receive pollution receptivity and long service time, in order to ensure its technical performance and quality. Our Elements adopts internationally advanced coalescence material. This material composite structure layered coalescence, which can enlarge little droplets gradually and improve water separation capacity and life span of the filter consequently.

Air filters

Boyzen Air filter is widely used in oxygen industries and where the plant is exposed to high contagious dust. The main application is to filter at the entrance of oxygen plants, blast furnace blowing plants, air  compressor station and boilers in power stations in order to maintain cleanliness air. Our air filters are composed of fibrous materials which removes solid particulates such as dust, pollen, mould, and bacteria from the air.

Panel Filters

The washable pleated filters are designed for general use in ventilation and air conditioning systems or areas where there is a high dust content. The progressive structure of this filter provides an excellent filtration performance at a stable pressure differential. The filter is pleated into a pack with a wire support at each pleat. This is then moulded into a galvanized surround frame with polyurethane. The entire air filter panel is corrosion-resistant and fully washable.

Sintered Mesh filter elements

Sintered metal filters are used for their high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature capability in a variety of industries. The immediate advantages of sintered metal filters over other filter materials are their ability to withstand higher pressures and temperatures, and their ductility and toughness to withstand process shocks and upsets

Water Filters

We also offers industrial water filters to remove contaminants and suspended solids from  water, providing clean, safe drinking water and protecting and extending the life of critical equipment.
